Refunds & Returns – Artofied
At Artofied, every piece is created and packaged with care.
To protect customers and ensure fairness, we follow the guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
• Only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Evidence is required (clear photos/video of the sealed package + the issue) - reported at delivery time
2. Non-refundable Cases
• Change of mind after delivery
• Color/brightness differences due to screen variation
• Size issues when product size was clearly listed
• Opening the package before informing the rider about visible damage
3. Refund Method
• Online payment → refunded to the original method i.e bank / Wallet
• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or wallet
• Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
4. Damaged or Opened Package on Delivery
If the package looks opened, crushed, or tampered with:
• Do not pay the rider
• Inform the rider immediately
• Send us quick photos/video so we can issue a replacement
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved, dispatch is done without any extra charges.
