Terms of Service — Artofied
Artofied provides digital and physical art products, made to order.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

Products are created on demand; production begins only after order confirmation.

Order details (size, material, personalization) are considered final once production starts.

Delivery timelines depend on local couriers; Artofied is not responsible for courier delays.

Intellectual property for all artworks remains with Artofied unless explicitly transferred.

Unauthorized reproduction, reselling, or digital copying of Artofied artworks is prohibited.

COD orders require phone/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins; after production, cancellation is not possible.

Fraudulent orders, incomplete addresses, or non-responsive COD customers may be cancelled.

All disputes will be handled under applicable local laws.
